Information You Provide Directly. When you complete a lead form through one of our advertisements or landing pages, we collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, and insurance interest information. When insurance agents or partners engage with Thira, we collect business contact information, payment details, and account credentials.
Information Collected Automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of your visit, referring URL, and device information. This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third-party advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, including information related to how you interacted with our advertisements.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Important Notice: By submitting your information through any Thira lead form or landing page, you expressly consent — under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227 — to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded telephone calls and text messages from Thira and its licensed insurance agent partners at the phone number you provided, even if that number is on a national or state Do Not Call registry. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Our AI sales assistant, Emma, may initiate contact within minutes of your form submission. Emma may call and/or send text messages as part of a multi-day follow-up sequence designed to schedule an appointment on your behalf with a licensed insurance agent.
Opt-Out. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, stating that you wish to stop receiving calls during any telephone contact, or by emailing us at the contact information provided at the end of this policy. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your opt-out request.
Message & Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our follow-up system.
With Licensed Insurance Agents. The primary purpose of our lead generation service is to connect consumers with licensed insurance agents. When you submit a lead form, your contact information and insurance interest details will be shared with a licensed insurance agent operating in your territory through the Thira platform. That agent will maintain your information in their own database and is responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws.
With Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, including CRM infrastructure providers, cloud hosting services, payment processors, advertising platforms, and communication service providers. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this policy.
For Legal Compliance. We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
Business Transfers. If Thira is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.
We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing companies.

We retain consumer lead data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with our legal obligations. Lead information shared with a licensed insurance agent is retained in that agent's database indefinitely, as the relationship and potential future need for insurance products may persist over time. Agents are responsible for managing data retention in accordance with applicable regulations.
Account information for insurance agents using the Thira platform is retained for the duration of the subscription and for a period of seven (7) years thereafter for record-keeping and tax purposes.
